SUMMARY:Preparing for Tantra in Göteborg and Online
DESCRIPTION:During the weekend we will explore how to establish a healthy ground for Tantric practices. \n\n\n\nHow can we ensure that we are psychologically\, emotionally and energetically prepared to start or deepen our journey on the Tantric Path? \n\n\n\nWe will look at the traditional preliminary practices and how to make them psychologically meaningful for us. \n\n\n\nBook: Preparing for Tantra\, Rob Preece \n\n\n\nStephan Pende Wormland has studied and practiced meditation in multiple traditions for over 30 years. He was a monk in the Tibetan tradition for 11 years. During that time\, he served as director of FPMT’s Nalanda Monastery and spent 5 years in group and solitary retreats.  \n\n\n\nWhile Stephan’s main teacher is Lama Zopa Rinpoche\, he has also received teachings from great Tibetan Masters of the four schools including His Holiness the Dalai Lama\, Sakya Trizin Rinpoche\, Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche\, Chökyi Nyima Rinpoche\, Kirti Thenshap Rinpoche\, Chogye Trichen Rinpoche\, and Choden Rinpoche.  \n\n\n\nHe has also practiced and studied with esteemed Western teachers like Peter Fenner\, Alan Wallace\, Rob Preece\, Alex Berzin\, Pema Chodron\, Robert Thurman and Ken McLeod.
