DESCRIPTION:LOVING AWARENESS \n\n\n\n7 March · 13:00–19:00 \n\n\n\nWe invite you into a space emanating loving awareness — a day devoted to heart practice and resting as awareness. \n\n\n\nWe begin by marinating in loving awareness meditations guided by Stephan Pende\, while sharing a cup of sacred cacao — a gentle ally for coming home to the heart\, softening the inner walls\, and allowing the body to feel safe enough to open. \n\n\n\nThroughout the day\, we will practice a simple and accessible method of meditating on the heart and awareness — a practice you can continue on your own. \n\n\n\nAt 16:00 we take a short break.
