Through understanding the way things unfold, we can come to know what it means to be at ease within in the midst of our busy lives. Participating in retreat is a powerful way to explore and deepen in this ever-unfolding area.
We will spend 5 days together( start Wednesday at 19.00) at the retreat place by the bird lake Tåkern under the guidance of the experienced meditation teacher Stephan Pende Wormland.
We are in silence for most of the retreat. Stephan will give teachings based on some verses from Ken Mcleods book “The thirty-seven practices for a Bodhisattva by Tokme Zongpa”. He will also guide us through time-tested methods to explore different pathways into our natural inner stillness. We will do both sitting and walking meditations.
There will also be daily yin yoga sessions with Ulrika. Yin yoga is a meditative form of yoga, it penetrates and opens the connective tissues and releasing tensions and blocks in your energy body. (All can participate, you don´t need any previous yoga experience)
Stephan Pende Wormland, MA in clinical psychology, is trained in Gestalt therapy. He has studied and
practiced meditation in multiple Buddhist traditions for over 30 years and spent 5 years in meditation
