Join our meditation evening every second week to learn Mindfulness practices for daily life and effortless meditation. Stephan and Jetthe will lead you through two hours of meditation and mindful movements.

Find a place of rest
Discover a sense of well-being and ease no matter what is happening in your life. Find a place of rest in the midst of daily activities. Our assumption is that in every moment you can open the door to peace without becoming someone else or being in another place. Just by looking inside, at what is and embracing it with a loving heart.
Mindfulness as a process of relationship
The emphasis is on how to bring this compassionate space into your daily life and your relationships. Mindfulness is a process of relationship. With yourself and with others. It starts with yourself, your body and mind, thoughts and feelings and then you bring this process into your relationships.
