Seeing that liberates – Vipassana in Malmö

  • February 13th, 2019 - February 14th, 2019
    7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

To stabilize your mind and find more peace is a necessary but not sufficient method for awakening. You need to combine the stabilized mind with insight (Union of Shamata and Vipassana). Only looking through your projections, which create the dualistic split, and perceiving reality as it is liberates you.

In this course, we will explore different Vipassana practices which are the tools to resolve the root cause of all suffering. The course is only open for people with some meditation experience and who are willing to establish or continue a daily meditation practice.

This is a closed group, it is not possible to join after the first session. The course fee is to be paid at the first session.

Dates: Wednesday, 19:00 – 21:00; 13 February; 14, 27 March; 10, 24 April; 8, 22 May; 5 June.
