A Buddhist method to transform difficult emotions
Dakinis are female wisdom beings. They represent our ability to give birth to, embody and live our full range of potentialities. The term Dakini is Sanskrit. It’s Tibetan equivalent Khadro means “one who moves through space”. By connecting with the Dakinis you can experience how you too can “move through space” and rest in the vastness of your mind.
During the retreat you will explore how to transform difficult emotions and obstructed patterns into their corresponding wisdom energy. In their obstructed expressions the Buddha Families are states of imprisonment that most of us know when we are stuck in confusion, anger, pride, craving, jealousy etc. You will experience, how these energies taste in their wisdom aspect and how you can connect with them as resources in your everyday life.
The retreat involves meditation, drawing, sound and movement. The practice does not require any knowledge of Buddhism.
Lama Tsultrim has authorised Jetthe to teach this unique practice which brings transformational personal work into the container of spiritual practice. The Five Dakini Mandala is a cornerstone of Lama Tsultrim Alliones Lineage.
