We just have to get in touch with this beautiful potential within our hearts and minds so that these essential qualities for leading a meaningful, joyful, and content life will become a part of our daily existence.

About the teacher:

”My work is based on a foundation of Buddhist and Western psychology, psychodynamic understanding and mindful communication.”

Stephan Pende Wormland has studied and practiced meditation in multiple Buddhist traditions for over 30 years and has spent 5 years in meditation retreats. He was a monk in the Tibetan tradition for 11 years, holds an MA in clinical psychology and has been trained in Gestalt therapy.
Stephan Pende’s deep understanding of Tibetan Buddhism, combined with his training in Western psychology, makes him a unique teacher when it comes to giving Buddhist teachings in a form that is easily accessible to Western audiences. He is a popular teacher amongst European Dharma students and we are very happy to welcome Stephan Pende Wormland to Finland again!
