TARA AND THE FIVE BUDDHA FAMILIES
This course is the continuation of the Tara course 2020. If you have not participated in the previous course, it is possible to watch the previous videos in the Tara Facebook group.
The practice of Tara connects you with your innate healing capacity for yourself and others. We will use the Mantras of Tara, simple visualizations, gentle and transformative meditations to connect with the healing power of compassion.
The aim is to bring this inherent resource into everyday life and your relationship with yourself and others.
We will combine the practice of Tara with the exploration of the 5 Buddha Families. Each of the buddhas symbolizes one of the five different aspects of enlightenment. These manifest themselves not only as enlightened energies but also as neurotic states of mind. The buddha families, therefore, present us with a complete picture of both the sacred world of enlightened mind and the neurotic world of ego-centered existence.
