Cancellations
Life happens, so I understand that sometimes appointments are canceled. Please do provide at least 24 hour advance notice if you need to cancel so that another person has the opportunity to meet with me at that time.
If you cancel within 24 hours, than I unfortunately must charge you 50% of the consultation fee. To cancel or request further information, please contact my personal assistant, Kristen, at stephanpende@gmail.com. Thanks for your understanding.
