Smile at Fear Course

Do you want help to finally face your fears? This course is essential watching for anyone who feels overwhelmed by anxiety. Whether you are struggling with the endless stresses of modern life or particular situations, this course can help.

We will learn that, in fact, the journey of knowing fear is – when viewed differently – the journey of courage. Embracing it will help us embrace more of the fullness of life. Face your fears to fully experience life.

Facing your fears toolkit

Leveraging different meditations – from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition and mindful practices, I have developed this toolkit to smile at fear. Learn how to reset your internal thermostat. Through daily practice, you can develop greater inner strength and resilience for confronting the stresses of daily life or a challenging situation.

By strengthening your inner resources, you will find greater happiness and feel more relaxed. With this new perspective and disposition, you become more open to life. In addition, you will have more confidence to move about in our world.

This toolkit was developed through combining Western and Eastern teachings. In addition to being a student of Lama Zopa Rinpoche (in 1995), I gained knowledge from an MA in clinical psychology and Gestalt training in a psychiatric setting. As a monk for 11 years, I spent 5 years in retreat and have more than 3 decades of study and practice of meditation to draw upon.
