During this silent retreat in beautiful natural surroundings, explore Buddhist methods with Stephan. Learn how to open your heart and connect with the vast source of wisdom within. This autumn retreat offers guidance through a variety of meditation techniques from the Tibetan Tradition. These practices support the development of self-compassion and compassion for others.

Receive guidance on your mindfulness journey and with recognizing your vast potential. Break free from the habitual cycles of fear, loneliness, and destructive actions that arise due to misunderstanding your true nature.

While grounded in the Buddhist tradition, you can use these teachings, irrespective of belief and background. The emphasis will be on cultivating a kind and open awareness. Discover an effortless way of being without strain or pressure.

When looking deeply into the heart, you may recognize that the very nature of consciousness itself is a wellspring of loving-kindness. The very quality of the deepest level of mind is that of inexhaustible love. It is already there. This retreat will help you tap into your radiant potential, thereby helping you access and share with others the joy, healing and happiness that is naturally your being.

Autumn Retreat logistics

Time: Wednesday 13th September 17.00 – Sunday 17th September 14.00

Place: This retreat takes place at Himmelbjerggaarden near Silkeborg. It is possible to get there by bus route 311. At Himmelbjerggaarden, they make vegetarian food from organic and biodynamic ingredients. You must bring your own bed linen and towels.

Price: 4800 DK for a single room (there are only 3 single rooms in total) and 4100 DK for a double room (7 double rooms in total). Full catering is included in the price. A recommended amount of 1500 DK can be donated directly to Stephan during the retreat.
