Inner Fire – A day of Practice, Presence and Sacred Cacao

At the heart of the spiritual path lies an invitation: to recognize the deepest nature of the mind — a dimension of awareness beyond concepts.

This recognition cannot be forced through willpower alone. Yet practice matters. Because how can we rest in awareness — in inner peace — regardless of circumstances, if the mind is constantly pulled by thoughts, worries and inner conflict?

Through steady Inner Fire practice (tib. tummo) — with aspiration as our flame — we return to our core. We become more alive, clear and present, aligning with what is true and essential and with the heart’s natural movement toward peace, joy, creativity and love.

13:00–16:00
We will explore the inner fire practice step by step in an accessible and grounded way, guided by Stephan Pende — so it becomes something you can continue and integrate into your daily life.

We begin the day with a cup of sacred cacao, supporting the body to soften, open and arrive more fully.

16:00–20:00
After a short break, Kristina will guide a cacao ceremony into the Great Cosmic Power Tripura Bhairavi — the fire goddess.

This part of the day is an invitation to go deeper — to allow the fire to illuminate and dissolve what is held in the dark and to awaken a more powerful presence within.

A ceremony into the heroine who shines like ten thousand suns 

Bhairavi is the flame-colored one — she who fearlessly burns herself to ashes and rises again in light.

Like the Phoenix, she descends into the depths of loss and waits patiently, with an open heart, in darkness and pain — until nothing more can be lost. There, she discovers the true Self and the deep sweetness of life.

She resides in the root chakra as Kundalini Shakti and rises like fire along the spine to the crown, where she drinks the cooling soma — the moon’s nectar flowing downward — becoming an endless, self-sustaining fountain of bliss and ecstasy.

The path to her is the path of fire.

Bhairavi is focus — a focus that sacrifices everything else.
A focus that gathers energy into an intense concentration, generating a supernatural heat — a sacred fire. Through this exclusive focus, the mind becomes still, and the ego is set aside.

She triumphs through her deep longing for the light — a longing that burns away all impurities.

Impurities such as the unfocused mind, scattered across countless “important” thoughts, worries and ego conflicts.

With this fire, she acts with precision — moving toward her goals with unwavering clarity and power.

Not just any goals, but those that transform us spiritually and allow us to embody and radiate our true light.
