It seems to me that all the mystic paths point toward the same recognition.

Not a belief.
Not a new identity.
Not a better version of “me.”

But an experience beyond words — and strangely, available right now.

I like to call it Innermost Awareness.

For me, it’s what the “I” really is underneath all the noise:
a quiet warmth that can hold everything — thoughts, grief, joy, shame, longing — without needing to fix any of it first.

This weekend is an invitation into that recognition.

Not through discussion or philosophy.
Through practice and silence.

What we explore

What if the real gift of a spiritual path isn’t becoming better…
but discovering a refuge that can’t be taken away?

Not a refuge that depends on your mood, your relationship status, your nervous system behaving nicely, or life being kind.
But something you can return to — even when the ground shakes.

In the Tantric view awakening isn’t somewhere else.
The doorway is this life. This body. This moment.

Across traditions, three “doors” appear again and again. We’ll explore them as lived experience:
• Truth — the simple reality of the present moment
• Love — warmth, kindness, connection
• Awareness — the silent wakefulness behind all experience

In Buddhist language, you might hear echoes of Buddha / Dharma / Sangha.
In Sanskrit: sat (truth), ananda (love/bliss), chit (awareness).

But this weekend isn’t about ideas.
It’s about direct experience.

The Practice
• Guided sitting meditation (resting rather than forcing)
• Simple mindful movements to arrive in the body
• Gentle inquiry into: Who am I—when I stop performing myself?
• Relational warmth within a quiet, respectful container
• Time for silence and integration

The intention is not to chase peak experiences,
but to soften heart and mind enough that grace can reveal the truth of your being in its own way.

His teaching is simple, grounded, and direct—integrating meditation, gentle inquiry, and embodied presence, with a Tantric appreciation of ordinary life as the path.

Alexander Walter is a dedicated meditation practitioner with over 20 years of experience. He met Stephan about 15 years ago and has followed his guidance ever since. He has explored various traditions and expresses his path through spiritual poetry.
