Weekend in Malmö

February 21. : 10:00 February 22. : 17:00

Be Still and Know Who You Are – Weekend Retreat in Malmö — a grounded taste of Tantra

What if the real gift of a spiritual path isn’t “becoming better”… but discovering a true refuge that can’t be taken away?

Not a refuge that depends on your mood, your relationship status, your nervous system behaving nicely, or life being kind. But something you can return to right where you are—even when the ground shakes: loss, change, heartbreak, uncertainty.

This weekend in Malmö is an invitation into that kind of homecoming.

In the Tantric view (in the broad, non-sectarian sense), awakening isn’t somewhere else. The doorway is this life, this body, this moment. We learn to recognize what is already here—beneath the stories, beneath the strategies, beneath the constant self-improvement project.

Across many traditions, three “doors” appear again and again on the path of awakening. We’ll explore them as lived experience, not as theory:
• Truth — the simple reality of the present moment
• Love — warmth, kindness, connection
• Awareness — the silent wakefulness behind all experience

In Buddhism, you might recognize these as the inner heart of Buddha / Dharma / Sangha. In Sanskrit they echo as sat (truth), ananda (bliss/love), chit (awareness).

This isn’t a weekend of big ideas. It’s practice—simple, honest, and doable:
• guided sitting meditation (with an emphasis on resting rather than forcing)
• simple mindful movements to arrive in the body and soften the mind
• inquiry into “Who am I—when I stop performing myself?”
• relational warmth in a quiet, respectful container (Tantric in the sense of inclusive presence, not performance)
• time for integration and silence

You’ll be invited to explore how the outer refuges (teachings, community, inspiration) can become portals to the inner refuges: living truth, boundless love, and pure awareness.

For whom: This weekend fits you if you’re longing for something real, and you’re tired of spiritual entertainment. It’s also for you if you want to reconnect with love — not as romance, but as warmth, kindness, and a sense of belonging in your own life. Beginners are welcome, and experienced practitioners usually appreciate the simplicity (and the occasional uncomfortable honesty).

Take-home: Not a “peak experience.” More like a reliable inner orientation—a way back to yourself in ordinary life. A refuge to turn to every day.
